Your weight loss plan will become boring if you won’t do any innovation to it. Here are some diet recipes which are not only easy to make, but they also take less time. These are nutritious, very tasty and good for health.

Barbecue chicken grilled pizza

For this recipe I bought already made pizza bread, however you can make your own if you like.

Ingredients

  1. Chopped cooked chicken                      1 cup
  2. One Large size Pizza bread
  3. Barbecue sauce                                  1/2 cup
  4. Olive oil                                    2 tablespoons
  5. Shredded low fat mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  6. Tomatoes cut into pieces as required

Method

  • Mix chicken and two tablespoons of barbecue sauce, and preheat the grill, soaking the grate with oil.
  • Take pizza bread, coat it with left over barbecue sauce, and spread the chicken mix over it, topping it with cheese and tomatoes.
  • Place it on the grill, closing the grill lid, and then let it cook from 4 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. It’s ready to serve now.

Note:  Depending on your pizza bread, you can increase or decrease the time.

3   Cottage cheese cake  

Ingredients

  1. One egg, well beaten
  2. Oatmeal     100 g
  3. Cottage cheese    250 g
  4. Raisins                    10 g
  5. Strawberries 100 g

Note: You can also add cinnamon, and any other berries.

Method: Make dough by mixing all the ingredients and bake it for 5 minutes at low heat. Then take it out, spread cottage cheese over it, and bake for 25 minutes, keeping the heat low. Let it cool for a while, then cut it into half, and place both pieces over each other, making 4 layers. It’s ready to serve now; you can top it with strawberries or anything you want.

Chicken filled with nuts

Ingredients: 

  1. Chicken breast cut into fillet  100 g
  2. Prunes 150 g
  3. Walnuts   75 g
  4. Pistachios 75 g
  5. Pine nuts  75 g
  6. 3 garlic cloves.
  7. One onion.
  8. Olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste

Beat the fillet a little, seasoning it with black pepper and salt. You can also add red chilies if you want it more spicy.

Then make a mixture of all nuts, pour them over the fillet, make a role, and insert toothpick in it. Place the role on baking tray along with garlic and sliced onion. Glaze the role with olive oil; sprinkle salt and black pepper over the role.

Bake the role in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.  Let it cool, then make slices and serve. You can also add any other nuts, or some sauce of your choice.

This happens because of lack of motivation, so you should keep yourself motivated and there are several ways through which you can do it. Here, I am sharing with you a few tips that will help you in your plan.

Set some goal

Your goal should be realistic, as if you have planned to lose 50 pounds in a month that’s unrealistic. If your goal is realistic, you will achieve it without any stress.

Find a partner for you

If you find a partner, it will keep you on the right track, making you persistent. You can discuss daily routines with your partner sharing each other’s experience. You can also take advice from your partner, or sometimes even a healthy competition works. This partner should be either on the same path of losing weight or should be a good adviser.

Be a student

Yes, you can join some yoga or work out classes at the gym. Having several similar partners around will keep you motivated as you won’t dare to miss a class because of embarrassment. Such classes create a healthy competition among the students.

 Write what you do

 You can write what you do on a daily basis, like the food you eat, and the exercise you do, etc. You can keep the record to see it from time to time, so that you know your progress. In case of any problem you can get help from an expert.

Have a trainer at home

Those who don’t like to go to gym can make their own gym at home, and can hire a trainer; however it is expensive so see your budget before following this advice. A trainer will guide you about every workout along with healthy diet.

Remember your old look

Never forget your old look when you used to be fit and slim; you can keep your picture hanged on the wall near your workplace or can put it in your wallet. Don’t throw old clothes; instead hang them in the cupboard so that they remind you the old looks. You can also buy a new dress to wear after losing some weight.

 Let people know your weight loss plan

 If you are not a secretive person, then tell your family and friends about your weight loss program. This step will keep you motivated for success, as you would love to have a good image.

 Update yourself

 Continue reading books on weight loss, natural diet and health, but follow only that suits you. Read related blogs, watch videos and follow some useful tips. But, on the top of all remain positive so that nobody can discourage you.

How to lose weight fast in just 4 weeks?

Doing regular exercise is though the safest way, but it’s a slow process, and needs more patience to get the desired results. Here I am going to share my own experience about how I lost 20 lbs in only 4 weeks. I just followed a simple plan, without involving medicines or strict diet schedule.

How I started for quick weight loss?

For two weeks I only took fruits, whole wheat bread, rice, lemonade, as well as green tea. Here are some recipes I followed without affecting my health.

The breakfast: 1. I took two bran bread slices with honey and boiled egg white, and a cup of tea. To break the monotony and for a different taste, you can also have low-fat butter or cheese so that you don’t get bored with the same diet.

2. Banana and mango smoothie: it’s a great energizer; you can blend one banana with a few slices of mango or you can add one cup of skimmed milk. I don’t prefer sugar of any kind, so I used to put honey in the mixture while blending.

The lunch: On a daily basis, I used to have one bowl of fresh fruits added with spices and lemon. You can also mix nuts with fruits, but always buy fresh fruits instead of the canned one. I mostly used bananas, apples, grapes, mangos, guava, and oranges depending on the season, whereas a few raisins, almonds or walnuts were also in my list.

In the evening, I used to have tea and whole wheat biscuits or sometimes just a glass of lemonade

The Dinner: I loved grilled sandwich of bran bread and boiled chicken mixed with potatoes. The alternate was rice with vegetables’ gravy, but you can also try Chinese or Italian recipe or any other cuisine; just avoid animal fat and fried stuff. But you can take fat-free chicken or fish.

What I avoided? During my weight loss process I totally avoided fried foods, dairy products and animal fat.

Weight loss with miracle fiber:  I never stopped taking it even for a day, It’s kind of husk that I used to have with water, and I started with 3 table spoons daily an hour before my meal.  You can also take it even before breakfast. Then, I reduced it two table spoons daily. However, don’t take it with water if your stomach is upset, but you can mix it with organic yogurt.  Make it a daily part of your diet for lifelong benefits, as it has several other benefits than just losing the fat.
