- About ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- I pound of boneless and skinless chicken breast cut into halves as 4×1/4-inch strips
- 1onion of medium size, about ¼-inch slices
- 8 tortillas made with flour
- 1 cup of salsa

First mix lime juice along with oil and chili powder in a shallow dish that should be nonmetal. Put chicken and onion in the mixture for coating. Then, cover the dish and place it in refrigerator, the time can be from 1 hour to 24 hours.
The second step is to Heat coals or you can use gas grill, then take out chicken and onion from the marinade; you can keep the leftover marinade. Now grill the chicken and onion on a grill grate that should be greased, putting pieces 4 to 6 inches apart for 8 to 10 minutes. Keep on brushing chicken frequently with marinade, turning once, and repeat the process until chicken completely grilled. Remove the remaining marinade, and put one-eighth of grilled onion and chicken on tortillas. Then, Fold tortilla by overlapping both ends. You can use salsa for topping along with guacamole.

- 2 or 3 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Boil plums in a pan with 2 cups of water until they become soft like puree.. Mix sugar in the puree until the sauce becomes thick. Then pour some salt and pepper as you want. You can also make this sauce using any other fruit including strawberry, cherries, or mangoes, etc. Likewise you can reduce the amount of sugar. In case of raw mangoes, boil them in water twice, removing water and then finally cook them in one cup of water, adding sugar, salt, and black pepper as required.
